International Clinical Trials Day – May 5th, 2022

Over the past year, our clinical sample management has evolved thanks to the structuring of the team at the project and IT level. The team has grown to eight project managers supervised by a manager dedicated to clinical activities. For recruitment, we have focused on diversifying skills and profiles (research and clinical). This was followed by the standardization of working methods (procedures – training) and the creation of a dedicated process for project management within the framework of ISO 9001.

In addition, there is the complementary integration of new IT tools including:

• The internal deployment for the follow-up and management of patient inclusions and sample collection forms (CTL)
• The deployment of a project management solution with a client portal on Zoho Project
• The integration of a BI reporting portal connecting data from the ERP, the sample database, patient follow-up, project follow-up and quality. (The data from this portal can be made available to the CRO of the study)
• The implementation of an online space for secure document sharing

All in all, this team restructuring associated with the implementation of efficient IT tools allows a complete traceability of samples, documents, their changes as well as the access details for external documents made available to CROs.
