Opening of a new laboratory dedicated to pre-analytical activities

New pre-analytical services at Cryoport France

We are pleased to announce the opening of a new laboratory at our Clermont-Ferrand site!

This laboratory is dedicated to pre-analytical activities, including sample preparation, such as PBMC isolation, aliquoting, and extractions (plasma, serum, etc.). These operations are carried out by our trained and certified personnel. Open since November, the laboratory is fully operational and ready to meet all your pre-analytical needs with precision and expertise.

Expanded Services Through Our Partner Inovie

In addition to our internal capabilities, Inovie Gen-Bio, a longstanding partner of Cryoport Systems France in medical biology, enables us to offer a wide range of services:

Pre-Analytical Services:

• DNA extraction (genomic, mitochondrial, and circulating),
• Automated aliquoting.

Analytical Services (non-exhaustive list):

• Biomarker assays,

Connectivity Between Cryoport France and Inovie Gen-Bio

Cryoport Systems France and Inovie Gen-Bio share the same site in Clermont-Ferrand. The premises of both entities are connected via a secure transfer area, ensuring fast and secure transfer of products, documents, and personnel.

The Inovie Gen-Bio site in Clermont-Ferrand spans 4,300 m² and offers substantial capacity with:

• A range of 5.2 million tests per year,
• 5,000 patient files processed daily.
